Nature living with all the benefits of Bodrum
Located in an upcoming region close to the Bodrum-Milas Airport, this 117 unit development has its own unique style and offers a lot of flexibility to its owners will be delivered in May of 2024.
This project reminds us what Bodrum living used to be with its simplistic approach with the environment in mind. The prime location makes it a very accessible area from the airport. Ranging from 115 m2 to 145 m2 two bedrooms to four bedrooms these villas are also enveloped with their own private garden. Some of the houses come with their own private pool as well.
The architectural design of the buildings are reminiscent of the old Bodrum style homes with minimalistic approach to living. The barn and the coop supplies the homeowners with fresh produce and the weekly organic market allows for local produce to be purchased without going out of the compound.
The multipurpose sports fields, children’s playground as well as the aquapark can entertain families during summer holidays. Luxury Property Turkey is proud to offer this gem to you, should you wish to book a viewing please do not hesitate to contact us.
About GUVERCINLIK
Guvercinlik is surrounded with small restaurants, hotels and houses.
Guvercinlik is a lovely fishing village, 22km from Bodrum. It is easily reached from Bodrum Milas airport which is 35km away. The surround hills are covered in pines and olive trees. Offshore is Salih Island which is well known for its beautiful coastline and coves.
In recent years the area has been developed for the tourism market including the construction of a golf course. This has attracted a lot of inward investment as the area is considered to be a future area of major growth and prosperity.
Çamlik is a beautiful village set in the skirts of the Yaran Mountains in thick pine forests that reside next to olive groves, its nearest town is Guvercinlik. Camlik is located just 12 kilometers from the center of Bodrum. In the 1600s, nomads were said to have settled here; however, there is evidence in the vicinity of much older civilizations dating back to the time of Caria. The village lies along what was once the transit route from Bodrum to İzmir, but is now a picturesque winding road that passes through a series of villages.
Life in these villages is about weaving carpets, camel wrestling, herding animals and growing crops, including tobacco and a type of orchid to produce sahlep. For the past decade, Çamlık has been a popular destination for jeep safari tours in which visitors would stop at the Zip Zip Café to attend a carpetshowing session and then a traditional village lunch.
