As Coronavirus Continues, It’s Not Business As Usual For Luxury Property Turkey
Firstly, we would like to send our best wishes to all of our clients and their families, hoping that everyone stays healthy and safe, and that we see them back in Turkey soon.
Our traditional real estate practices such as shaking hands, touring clients on viewings, meeting sellers, and listing new properties for sale, have of course changed, as we try to balance our service and responsibilities, while keeping the well-being of our team, clients and community top priority.
In Turkey, as in much of the world, we are now working from home but keeping all lines of communication open. Hopefully, before the summer ends, our lives will start to return to normal, and families who invested in second homes with us will be returning to enjoy them soon.
We are supporting the demands of repeat investors, who always surface when a market slows down, and we have found developers – especially in Istanbul, willing to slash prices, giving a much needed cash flow injection. We are able to continue fulfilling these enquiries with video tours, and conference calls.
As we navigate through these challenging times, I’m reminded of how fortunate we are to have such valued clients and friends, and on behalf of everyone at Luxury Property Turkey, I wish you good health and safety through the weeks ahead.
