(We ended up selecting the very first property we had seen!) We were given good advice that enabled us to negotiate a very competitive offer. Once our offer was accepted, they guided us every step of the way through the contract process, and then accompanied us to the notary to finalise the purchase. From start to finish, barely eight weeks elapsed before we had the keys in hand.
