Hidden away at the end of a quaint lane in the old village of Bitez, the villa benefits from pure privacy and is yet within easy reach of the village centre as well as the beautiful Bitez beaches.
The main villa consists of 2 stone houses, connected over a patio on the ground floor and a wooden bridge on the first floor. The main house is made up of two connecting buildings. This has fur bedrooms each with en-suite. There is a separate guest cottage that has two bedrooms in total.
The very large living area of approx. 90 m2 has a double height living room with large fire place, floor length window doors open to the terrace and to the patio on both sides. The open plan kitchen with dining area is integrated in the living room.
A gallery hosts the TV lounge and library. The fully covered terrace spans 100 m2 and serves as summer living and dining room, ideal to entertain guests.
The villa has floor heating installed throughout. The original stone house now the guest house features 2 rooms on 35 m2 with a small bathroom attached.
In addition there is a staff house set at the end of the garden and features 2 rooms, a kitchen and bathroom.
A private traditional fresh water well supplies the tangerine garden with water and gives filtered water for daily use to the house.
Bitez
Located approximately eight kilometres from Bodrum Centre, Bitez offers both tranquillity and quick access to Bodrum Centre, in the middle of the peninsula all major towns are within easy reach, the village of Bitez is renowned for its many tangerine gardens.
Bitez beach is a perfect place for swimming and sunbathing. You can try water skiing, parasailing, dinghy sailing, windsurfing, canoeing or pedaloes. Daily boat trips are widely available to the many beautiful bays and dive sites starting from Bitez marina. You can watch a glorious sunset in the evening and relax at one of the many restaurants along the beach. There is a great choice of restaurants to try each evening, with many specialising in the delicious fish and seafood of the area as well as many other specialties.
