Turkey has always been the gate between East and West, and nothing proves this more than the Aegean and Mediterranean Coast being the hot spot for high end, weddings, especially the Indian sub continent.
One of India’s most lavish weddings between Medha Ahluwayia and Nalin Khaitan took place in Antalya. With 700 staff serving 650 guests flow in on private charter airplanes, the three day long wedding was also attended by Bollylwood stars.
Designer sunglasses, exotic animals, an array of orchids and flowers in the fanciest resorts of Turkey are the norm for the wow factor of exotic weddings. Resort managers are prepared for and enjoy such occasions, with one manager saying that he needed a one to one ratio of staff to guests to have a successful event.
